They've been ineffectual in every single thing they've done.”Lamm created this push for change after two deans were shot by a student at East High School. (CNN) — A grand jury based in southern Florida has heard testimony from multiple witnesses in recent weeks as part of the federal investigation into former President Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents, sources told CNN.Another witness is expected to appear Wednesday at the federal courthouse in Miami as the investigation continues to develop, and the grand jury is expected to hear from at least one additional witness after that.It remains unclear why the special counsel is using a grand jury in southern Florida after months of relying on grand juries in Washington, DC, to help gather evidence and witness testimony in the classified documents case. Sources close to Trump told CNN they are unaware of the reasoning for the Florida grand jury.Special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into potential mishandling of classified materials and possible obstruction appears to be nearing its final stages.Smith has authority to operate and bring charges in any federal court jurisdi...BSO search for 3 women caught on video stealing bottles of liquor from shop in Hollywood

Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early Jr. said Tuesday that he’s still confident the case surrounding the death of Molly Bish will be solved now 20 years after her remains were discovered in Palmer. The teenager was last seen being dropped off at her lifeguarding job at a pond in Warren in 2000. Her disappearance then sparked a massive search and an ensuing investigation. While the circumstances of her death remain unsolved, Early said this week that the search for her killer is still active.“As years go by, time becomes your friend,” he said. “Relationships end, people die. When things like that happen, you tend to get more calls.”Early said his office has received thousands of tips about what happened to Molly 23 years ago. He continued, saying “I understand there were a lot of problems the day she was abducted and murdered.” “The crime scene was destroyed because it was looked at as a drowning,” Early said. Most importantly, spiritually.“Reverse all of my injuries throughout my history. I succeeded at that. Just treatment, taking little parts of my body, sleep, refining everything, overall well-being, everything, just becoming a better version of myself.”The Jets signed Lawson in 2021, coach Robert Saleh’s first year with the team. Hannah Recht | (TNS) KFF Health NewsMore than 600,000 Americans have lost Medicaid coverage since pandemic protections ended on April 1. And a KFF Health News analysis of state data shows the vast majority were removed from state rolls for not completing paperwork.Under normal circumstances, states review their Medicaid enrollment lists regularly to ensure every recipient qualifies for coverage. But because of a nationwide pause in those reviews during the pandemic, the health insurance program for low-income and disabled Americans kept people covered even if they no longer qualified. Now, in what’s known as the Medicaid unwinding, states are combing through rolls and deciding who stays and who goes. People who are no longer eligible or don’t complete paperwork in time will be dropped. The overwhelming majority of people who have lost coverage in most states were dropped because of technicalities, not because state officials determined they no longer meet Medicaid income limits.
